Our Retained search services offer our highest level of dedication to your search. This option is often best for leadership roles, but also fits for individual impact roles & confidential replacement searches where you need to be sure your search is executed with a high degree of urgency and focus. The search fee is paid in 3 equal milestones - search start, interview completion & successful hire/start.

Hybrid Search

Our Hybrid search captures many of the same attributes of fully retained search, but with unique structure to allow some flexibility. We charge an upfront deposit & the remainder of the fee is paid on successful hire.  Another great option for leadership, high impact individual roles, multiple roles being filled & ensures your search as a top priority. If you are seeking a high touch partnership, with a limited upfont investment, this offering brings big value.

Our Contingency search option allows for the most flexibility. While we dont require an upfront financial investment, we still need an investment of time to understand your unique role, how to attract Top Talent for your firm and an ongoing partnership throughout the process to be sure we deliver closely aligned candidates. We offer a few different flavors of contingency searches, but all include working as a strategic partner to get great talent.
